Things you need:

• old book
• exacto knife
• mod podge
• small paint brush
• pencil
• glue gun
• silk flowers/designs of your choice

1. Open the old book and draw a rectangle leaving a 1/2 inch border all the way around
2. Using the exacto knife carefully cut a rectangle usin the lines you already drawn. You might repeat this process multiple times, depending on how thick the papers are.
3. Once you've cut through the first layer, flip the pages and repeat the same process until you've cut all the way though. You don't have to worry if the pages don't line up perfectly, this gives you project a more vintage look.
4. After you've cut through all the layers, apply the mod podge every few pages on the inside and outside of all the pages, gluing them together firmly.
5. Once it is completely dry, using your glue some fake flowers or the designs you picked to the top of the book.
6. After everything's dry up, you can now store your jewelry inside your own book jewelry box.
